Return & Refund Policy

To ensure your utmost satisfaction, please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Once an order has been successfully placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, unless the error is attributable to the company, such as items being out of stock, incorrect shipment, or goods arriving damaged. If you encounter any issues caused by the company, you may return or exchange the product, provided that you notify us within 7 days of receipt. We reserve the right to review return requests made after this period on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Policy and Conditions

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receipt under the following conditions:

• The item arrived in a defective, broken, damaged, or unusable condition.
• The wrong item was shipped (e.g., incorrect size or color).
• The product received is significantly different from or does not resemble the product images shown on the product detail page.
• The item must be unused, and all tags, price labels, complimentary gifts (if any), and all original accessories must be intact.
• In the event of a manufacturing defect, the company will exchange the item for a new one; refunds are not applicable.
• The company will exchange the product for the exact same model, size, and color. If the original model is out of stock, the company will offer a refund or suggest a comparable alternative.

Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy

Once an order is paid for, it cannot be cancelled. Buyers may only submit a request for a refund and/or return in the following situations:

• Non-delivery: If you do not receive your order within 14 days (excluding "made-to-order" or "by-order" items), you may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
• Company Error: In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, we will provide a new item as ordered and cover all return shipping costs.
• Refund Policy: We only cover return shipping costs if the return is a direct result of our error.
• Verification: If, upon inspection, the item is found not to meet the specified return criteria, the company reserves the right to decline the exchange and will return the original item to the buyer.

Returns or Exchanges due to "Change of Mind"

The company reserves the right to refuse all returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Requests due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
• Desire to exchange for a different model, or ordering the wrong model, color, or size.
• Inability to use the product or duplicate purchase by family members.
• Requests made after 7 working days from the date of receipt.
• Products found to have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer.
• Returning an item without prior confirmation from the store.

Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Contact the company to notify us of the return within 7 days of receipt.
2. Ship the product back via a trackable method (e.g., Thailand Post or a private courier). The company will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Items must be returned in "resalable" condition—unused, in original packaging, undamaged, with all documents and accessories intact.
4. Once the company receives and verifies the reported error, we will process the refund or ship the replacement.
5. Please provide banking details (a copy of the bankbook). The name on the account must match the purchaser’s name; otherwise, the refund cannot be processed.

Amendment of Tax Invoices/Receipts

• Requests for document amendments must be made within the same month the documents were issued.
• If the error was due to customer information, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the old documents and receiving new ones (50 THB per transaction).
• If the error was made by the company, we will provide new documents at no additional cost.
